Once you've found your next home with us, it's time to offer. It's key to understand much more than just how much rent you're willing to pay. Once your offer has been accepted, you will go through an entirely digital tenancy process with us. Holding Deposit, Documents, References, Tenancy Agreement and Moving-In Monies we make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We partner with some of the best contractors around to ensure your issue is addrssed easily, quickly & professionally. We also teach you key property life skills, empowering you to tackle minor issues in moments. Your home, maintained marvellously.
We'll be sad to see you go but everyone moves on eventually. Leaving your home shouldn't be stressful or scary. Our 'end-of-tenancy' platform will seamlesly guide you through the entire process. You'll get guidance on how to prepare your home for the checkout, schedule your checkout & clean, review & respond to any deduction proposals (if applicable) and submit your bank details ready for a refund.
